Heritage Fruit Tree Prize Draw – Terms & Conditions

The prize draw is open to individuals who have completed the associated survey and submitted their email address using the prize draw entry form.

Entry into the prize draw is free. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries may be removed.

One winner will receive one heritage fruit tree. The prize is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative or substitute prize available.

The winner will be selected at random after the closing date and contacted using the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 14 days of being contacted, Gwynedd Council reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

The prize must be collected in person from:

The prize will not be posted, delivered or couriered. The winner is responsible for arranging transport and ensuring the fruit tree can be safely transported from the collection point.

By entering the prize draw, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

The email address you provide will be used only for the administration of this prize draw, including contacting the winner. It will be sent securely to Gwynedd Council for this purpose and will not be retained by this website.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and Data Protection legislation.

Gwynedd Council reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. The decision of Gwynedd Council regarding the winner is final.
